1. Service Overview

New Standard Transportation provides professional black car services, including scheduled rides, airport transfers, and custom transportation arrangements for individuals and businesses.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Reservations must be made in advance via our website or customer service line.
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid fees.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full fare.

3. Payment Terms

All fares are calculated based on time, distance, and any applicable surcharges.
Payments are processed via secure third-party systems at the time of booking or service completion.
Gratuity is optional and appreciated.

4. Passenger Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully. Smoking, consumption of alcohol (without prior approval), and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or damaged personal belongings are the responsibility of the client unless caused by our negligence.

6. Safety & Compliance

All chauffeurs are professionally licensed and vehicles meet local and federal safety standards.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or other appropriate channels.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration before seeking other legal remedies.
